Nadine Traoré & Niklas Bastian

As a 4‑year-old girl, her father taught Nadine to play the piano before she toured the world with him and her sister as a bassist a few years later.

In recent years, she has worked with the musi­cians of “Clueso”, “Fanta 4” and was allowed to be part of the Pro7/Sat1 show “The Voice of Germany” in 2022, where she worked with greats such as Mark Forster.

Since com­pleting her music degree in Freiburg, she has been tea­ching and regu­larly plays con­certs. She still pursues her passion today, plays in various bands and is active as a song­writer.

Nadine first worked with Niklas in the young songwriter’s band project. This was fol­lowed by num­erous live con­certs tog­ether, including a final par­ti­ci­pation in the German Rock and Pop Prize, an appearance as the support act for pop sen­sation Ben Zucker, who went on tour with his double pla­tinum award-winning debut album, and a per­for­mance at the ORF and Fm4 Por­test­songcontest in Vienna.

Niklas Bastian also began gaining musical expe­rience as a child and quickly made a name for himself as an up-and-coming song­writer: At the age of 12, he was part of the KIKA TV show “Dein Song”, sub­se­quently becoming a pri­ze­winner at the Treffen Junge Musik­szene Berlin.

Nikla’s current single “Du lebst” was released last fall and brought the young song­writer his first exposure on major radio sta­tions — including SWR3, SWR 1, BigFM, NDR and rbb.
